Monday, 14 September | Welcome to Billund
14:30 | Arrival & check-in at Hotel LEGOLAND
We kick off the fam trip with a walk to LEGO House
15:00–16:00 | LEGO House
Experience the Home of the Brick and discover one of Billund's most iconic attractions.
16.30-17.00 | Hotel LEGOLAND
Official welcome to all participants with coffee and cake.
19:00 | Dinner at Hotel LEGOLAND
Dinner and a chance for the group to get to know each other.
Tuesday, 15 September | Fredericia & Kolding

Discover one of the region's major venues for meetings, conferences, exhibitions and events.
12:00–13:30 | Lunch at Restaurant Remouladen
Lunch by the waterfront in Vejle.
14:15–15:30 | Koldinghus
Visit the historic royal castle in the heart of Kolding and experience how history, architecture and modern events come together.
15:30–16:30 | Explore Kolding
Free time for shopping and exploring the city centre.

An outdoor activity and a different perspective on how nature can become part of the meeting experience.

Guided tour of the organic and B Corp certified conference hotel.

13:25–14:30 | MCH Messecenter Herning
Go behind the scenes at one of Denmark's largest exhibition and event venues.
14:50–16:00 | Art & architecture in Birk
Guided tour of Birk and an introduction to the area's distinctive combination of art, architecture and landscape.
16:20–17:00 | Best Western Plus Hotel Eyde
Guided hotel tour followed by check-in and free time.
18:15 | Walk to Scandic Regina
18:30 | Dinner at Scandic Regina
Dinner combined with a tour of the hotel.
Thursday, 17 September | Discover Herning

Guided hotel tour followed by a walk towards MCH Herning Kongrescenter.

Guided city walk with Museum Midtjylland focusing on Herning's urban and textile history.

We gather at Best Western Plus Hotel Eyde to reflect on the trip, exchange perspectives and say thank you for four inspiring days together.
